What platform/tool do you use to deliver the DyKnow University Courses?
The DyKnow Software Suite is used to deliver these courses (aka DyKnow Cast). Participants will access this synchronous professional development by logging into the DyKnow client and listening to the presenter through DyKnow’s audio broadcasting feature. If you do not have DyKnow installed you will need to install it per the instructions in the registration confirmation email you [or the person that registered you] received. If you already have DyKnow installed, you should not need to install anything else but will need to modify your communication settings per the instructions in the registration email. Please note: A strong high-speed Internet connection is highly recommended to participate in the DyKnow Cast. Dial up service is not sufficient. We also strongly recommend you close any other bandwidth/resource-intensive applications as a precautionary measure.
