What plans are on offer and what are the turn-around times?
There are 5 plans to choose from – please click on the ‘Plans’ tab above to view them. The plans are based on the number of books you can have out at any time. For Passion Plan 0 members there is a limit of 1 dispatch per calendar month. Your next book will be dispatched within 2 days of your return and/or the 1 month period has lapsed from the date of your last dispatch. For Passion Plan 1 members there is a limit of 1 dispatch per 3 week period. Expect a ‘next dispatch’ turn-around time of 2 – 5 working days from when we receive your return and/or once the 3 week period has lapsed. For Passion Plan 2 members there is a limit of 1 dispatch per 3 week period when you return 2 books and 1 dispatch per 6 week period when you return all 4 books. Expect a ‘next dispatch’ turn-around time of 2- 5 working days from when we receive your return and/or once the 3/6 week period has lapsed.
