WHAT PLANETS ARE SEEN FROM PLANET EARTH IN PHASES AND WHY?

0

The only planets that we would see from here as having phases are Mercury and Venus. They go through phases because they pass between us and the Sun. Thus, sometimes they present their night sides to us. The others don’t have phases because they are further away from the sun than we are. So, we never see their night sides from here. By the way, I am assuming that you mean the planets in our solar system. Also, please don’t use all capital letters. It indicates that you are yelling. Most people don’t like being yelled at.
