Ans: IILM attracts some of the best recruiters from India and Abroad. The Industry Engagement facilitates excellent placements as well as desired career shifts. A team of dedicated and trained professionals provides career counselling and domain expertise and a separate team is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with recruiters and initiate the process of matching available positions in Industry with the talent available from the student pool at IILM. The placement process commences with a series of pre-placement talks (PPT) by the job posting and preliminary selection process by recruiters . The placement process starts in the month of October and continues till the end of the course. The Career Management Center is a unique initiative of IILM Institute for Higher Education.
