What phone does Veronica Mars use?
FWIW, we used to have the Sidekick and it was awesome. Husband downloaded a terminal program which enabled him to ssh into our home network. He also hacked together a script to publish the photos we took with the camera to a website, too. The screen was fantastic, and other than feeling a little bit hard against one’s ear, the phone worked pretty well, too. We used it primarily for email/IM chat/web surfing, though. Our only complaint was the scroll button, which stopped being very sensitive after a few months. I see they’ve fixed that in the SidekicK II, though. Web browsing was also difficult (no Javascript, for instance), but I assume they’ve fixed that, too. (Also, the SidekicK 3 is just being released, so watch for prices for the other model to fall.
