AOCs may have PA, SI, and RA-AOC as phases. AOCs are no longer allowed to have ROD/DD, IRA-C, or RA-C. If you have projects built with phases IRA-C or RA-C for AOCs, they will show up in the error report “AOCs with phase costs other than PA, SI, and RA-C.” The phases for these projects need to be changed to RA-AOC.
