What personnel are required to complete required subgrant activities?
Organizations must designate a person responsible for fulfilling the role of Project Director. The Project Director shall be responsible for the overall quality of the Project, and is responsible for overseeing the budget and ensuring compliance with all financial and administrative requirements of the subaward, including reporting requirements. The organization must also designate a person responsible for acting as the Project Attorney (the Project Attorney can be the same person as the Project Director). The Project Attorney is responsible for all aspects of the legal work undertaken by the project. Lastly, the organization must designate a person responsible for assessing the social services needs of victims and for coordinating access to appropriate services to address those needs.
