For example, teamwork. In your job environment, is teamwork vital to succeeding and who often is this effective way of working used? What are the nonengineering skills that you use? For example, writing and communications. I say a very important ability on the job is the ability to learn and use new technology. It has been a few years since I got my engineering degree and there is no way I could be successful today without learning and using new technology. This is true for any branch of engineering, learning does not end when you get the degree. Teamwork is also important today as many companies are organized to have people work in teams.
