A Housekeeper is, in actuality, anyone who is engaged in cleaning, dusting, and otherwise maintaining a house. However, the term Housekeeper is usually thought of as a hired adjunct to a residence, business, corporation, or other entity with buildings or premises to keep up with. Housekeepers should be friendly, personable, and dependable, since their work involves close contact with a variety of people, including employers, employees, patients, students, business personnel, doctors, nurses, teachers, and many others.
