What personal information will be revealed to movers?
When a job is first posted for bidding, the customer’s personal information (i.e. name, phone number, email address and street address) will not be shown to the movers. This is to protect customers’ privacy and to prevent movers from contacting customers without their consent. After a customer has selected a winning bid, only the winning mover will be given the customer’s personal information in order to complete the job.
