• Park trailers 8 and one half feet wide or less may require an oversize permit issued by the Department of Transportation s Motor Carrier Division: (503) 378-0000 or www.oregon.gov/ODOT • If a park trailer is more than 8 and one half feet wide it is considered a manufactured structure and must have a trip permit if it is going to be moved over Oregon roads. Trip permits can be purchased at the local county assessors office.
