What permits are required before seismic surveying can be conducted?
In addition to the National Park Service permit, required regulatory approvals include USCOE 404, , Florida Surface Use, State Geophysical and Wetland permits and Collier County site permit for support staging areas. As part of the state and federal approval process, other agencies, including the South Florida Water Management District, are asked to comment on each permit application.
