What permission do I need to get to have Telewest services installed?
We have to obtain the consent of the owner of the property before installing Telewest services. If you own your own home at a serviceable location there should be no problems as your Sales Agreement will let us install Telewest services. If you do not own your house, you have a shared drive, or live in a flat or maisonette then we may need a Wayleave Agreement from your landlord or neighbours providing consent to cross their property. This can be arranged for you to help ensure a smooth installation of Telewest services.
