Ans. Weekly Service fee is currently $64.05 for 2 bed unit and $58.80 for a one bed payable quarterly in advance. The service fee covers the following items: 2.1 Administration costs including office expenses; 2.2 Insurance of Buildings and Trust supplied equipment. Resident is responsible for insuring own contents, including curtains, light fittings, fans and air-conditioning which are classed as resident’s improvements; 2.3 Maintenance of gardens, grounds, parking areas and reticulation; 2.4 Maintenance and operation of Community Centre, Studio and Library; 2.5 Water Authority charges and excess water.
