While there is no minimum requirement, please note that EMCF’s mission is to support young people who are at greatest risk of failing to achieve independent adulthood. When assessing applicants, EMCF will give greatest preference to organizations that work with youth ages 9-24 who are generally the hardest to serve, such as those failing or dropping out of school, unable to find meaningful employment, and/or involved in the foster care or juvenile justice system.
