What percentage of the guests are short-term guests?
A. About 1 in 10 of our guests stay for less than a week. This creates a great sense of atmosphere and community, since you’ll get the opportunity to meet many friends from around the world since they’ll all be staying in Philadelphia for a while. On the flipside, if you’re only in Philadelphia for a few nights and plan on engaging in very touristy activities, you might want to spend the extra few dollars per night for a Manhattan hostel.
