What percentage of Christian Children in the US and UK are forced into Christianity by fear and threats?

Significantly lower than the percentage of children in the US and UK forced into atheism by fear and threats!

A person/child can be forced to go to church but they cannot be forced to be a Christian, it may seem that they are going through the motions, saying all the right things but that doesn’t make them a Christian. I know I did it myself. (shortened story of my life) When I was old enough to say no I stopped going to church, hated it… Through secondary school was an atheist, agnostic, nothing at all and so on… Then later in life I came to the realisation that I needed God and chose to follow Him, I chose God, we have to choose God of our own free will. Becoming a Christian is a choice by each individual to follow Jesus.
