In addition kosher food is also consumed by non-Jews for a variety of reasons. I suggest you contact the various kosher supervising agencies….the largest one is probably the OU (www.ou.org) and also contact the offices of the branches of Judaism….Conservative (www.uscj.org), Reform (www.urj.org). The OU will suffice for the broad sector known as Orthodox Judaism.
