What percentage does the federal government subsidize?
Government funding through the variety of Federal and Provincial programs is still being explored and will not be fully defined until after the project is in operation. To encourage the formation of an environmentally green fuel industry, the federal Government has both mandated a specific inclusion level in Gasoline and Diesel by 2010 and will also offer a subsidy amount to bio-diesel and ethanol producers. The subsidy amount will be dependant on the profitability of the industry, but only up to a maximum amount. Further Government grants received by CR Fuels will be announced through press releases.
