This would be the case whether you were turning left or right. NOTE. In your additional details you say you were turning right into your drive when she hit you. In that case she was OVERTAKING you, not undertaking. As I said you should rethink your statement as her insurance company will note this obvious error. In addition, although the person concerned is at fault for overtaking when it was not safe to do so her insurance company will claim there was fault on your part too as you should have checked your mirrors, both internal and wing mirror, to see that it was safe for you to turn.
