The Sansa Connect supports running Windows XP SP2 (32-bit) and Windows Vista (32-bit). The Sansa Connect and Yahoo! Music Jukebox also require Windows Media Player 10 or 11 (recommended). The 64-bit versions of Windows XP & Vista are not supported. If your Connect is not recognized by the computer or Yahoo! Music Jukebox when you plug it into the USB port, try restarting your Connect and check your Windows Media Player installation.
