Payments may be made by credit card at any time or by wire transfer for registrations made before Friday, 2 September. Please note that wire transfer payment is due by Friday, 30 September. If payment has not been received by this time, a credit card will be required to secure attendance. If funds have not been received by Friday, 14 October, payment will be taken by credit card.
