PierPASS offers the following payment options for Traffic Mitigation Fees (TMF) under the OffPeak program. Direct Pay accounts can use Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express), Debit Card (Visa and MasterCard), or electronic check payment to pay the TMF. Credit accounts shall pay their invoice by ACH (Automated Clearing House). ACH payments are initiated by the accountholder, not by PierPASS.
