What payment methods can be accepted by ACERs on-line registration system?
Candidates can register on-line through the Verisign Inc. payment facility using Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard, American Express, and Diners Club. At those schools that only offer online registration, registrants who do not have a credit card or who are unwilling to use a credit card for online purchases may be asked to contact ACER. ACER will email, fax or post a special form to the registrant, who will return the form to ACER along with their payment. There will be an administration fee of $20 (per application) to recover the costs involved, in addition to the required registration fee. This process is a last resort and is ONLY available to candidates who do not have access to a credit card. Read the next section below for further information. At those schools that offer both pencil and paper and online registrations, parents who do not have a credit card should be directed to fill out a pencil and paper registration form.
