Every BlueStorâ„¢ product uses customer replaceable cooling fans and power supply modules and provides for hot-swappable disk drives; in addition, in BlueStorâ„¢ products containing SAS Expander boards, those boards are customer replaceable plug-in cards; and the I/O modules in the SAS Expander and the PeSAN RAID products are both swappable, customer replaceable units. We have part numbers set up for all these items so they may be purchased as “spares.” Consult your JMR sales representative or Tech Support for details.
