The EdHIRES system enables managers to screen candidates quickly by providing a web-based summary of candidate information. Managers receive an e-mail with the URL, username and password to access the certificate. After accessing the secure web-page, managers can view the certificate of eligibles and the applicant’s resume and their responses to core and vacancy specific questions.
