What part of class is going to be devoted to on-computer time and what part to lecture?

Well, I will be on-computer most of the time during most of the lectures. As I envision it, you will be on-computer outside of class time, doing the Weekly Independent Laboratory Exercises to reinforce and practice what is demonstrated in the lecture.
