Unless otherwise specified, Veer’s standard Contributor Agreement establishes a non-exclusive cooperation between Veer and the photographer. However, the images supplied to and selected by Veer for marketing (“Selected Images”) are represented by Veer for the term of the agreement on an exclusive basis. The specific terms are spelled out in the Contributor Agreement.
