There have been three express reviews done prior to the implementation of the new Circular. They included environmental compliance specialists, administrative services, carpenters and laborers. 5.5 FTE were contracted out as a result. The locations were the Atlanta Regional Office, 2.5 FTE, Martin Luther King NHP, 2.5 FTE and Ocmulgee National Monument, .5 FTE.
