In Knightsbridge area,the Single Yellow Line is not free,every other part of Central London SYL is free today.Make sure you check for the time plates in resident bays,disable bays as all these types of bays are never free.Park on Meter bay or SYL and it’s definately free.If all these are full by the time u get to central London,park on motorcycle bay.It’s free on Sundays and Bank Holiday.

I think it’s the same as sunday parking, meaning you’re allowed to park on single yellow lines.
