What packages do I use when editing film?
I’m kind of in the same boat as you in that I like photography and I’m getting into film. I’ve got Windows Movie Maker its great for getting use to editing a short movie together and applying effects ‘n text, along with incorporating music our sound over the movie. You can import mpg and avi along with jpegs, i haven’t tried importing others. The format output default is wmv with 18 optional quality settings.
