The Flexible Spending Accounts section of the 2008 Open Enrollment Guide contains information related to eligible expenses. Receipts containing the product name, date of purchase, provider or store name and cost are necessary for reimbursement for OTC drug expenses. Any shipping, handling, delivery charges or sales tax is also an eligible expense.
