The community pool area at The Hillside is an absolute work of art. Our perimeter overflow pool gives the illusion of a floating pool with a waterfall that drops off into the horizon, and creates a waterfall wall from below. There is also a poolside outdoor kitchen and fireplace for your entertaining and enjoyment. Additionally your home will come with a complimentary initiation fee on select memberships at River Place Country Club, which is only a 5 minute drive from the Hillside.
