just put your baby in a onsie and when your baby is in the car seat wrap a thin balnket around the baby then but a heavy blanket over the car seat and have a hat on the baby and it will be fine when you get in the car theres no point in putting a new born in a snow suite just wrap the baby with warm blankets and that should be fine best of luck
