What outcomes are expected for a SPOE?
A SPOE will… • Provide the electronic linkage between the service area and the Central Finance Office (CFO) • Ensure that eligibility determinations, enrollment of eligible children and their families, IFSP development and service authorizations occur without delay. • Facilitate access to programs and services needed by children and their families. • Ensure that providers have opportunity to provide services with consolidated and streamlined paperwork and receive reimbursement without undue delay. • Ensure that consistent, comprehensive, and accurate data is available to assist with local and state planning. • Ensure that Missouri uses all available resources and can demonstrate compliance with the payor of last resort obligations under Part C of IDEA.
