What our some good stephen king books that don have language?
That is actually a tough question as most of King’s books contain “language”(by that I assume you mean the obscene variety). The closest I can name would possibly be Lisey’s Story. It does contain graphic language, but a lot is the woman’s substitute for those words. An example is her use of the term “smuck” as a substitution for, well, you get the idea. However as the reader you can mentally “edit” anything you read and still enjoy a good story.
