Only two software packages are available for the design of slab-on-grade foundations, SlabWorks™ and PTI Slab 3.0 by GeoStructural Tool Kit. GeoStructural Tool Kit is limited because it only designs slab-on-grade foundations for expansive clay soil using post-tensioned reinforcing under the PTI design method. Last we checked it cost $500 (contact the vendor for current pricing).
