Express Online Banking also offers “Secure Forms”. If you would like to access a secure form, from the main menu select “Other Services” and you will be presented with a selection of “Secure Forms”. Due to the fact that these forms are on a Sign-On ID and Password protected system, they can be used to request a variety of account services from Fulton Savings Bank without having to visit a branch office in person. Please note that these forms represent requests only and will be processed during regular business hours on Bank business days.
