Dell’s Incident Collaboration Center (ICC), provides a web portal through which dispersed constituents can access the tools needed to collaborate during a crisis response and accelerate recovery times. Dell Voice Communications Continuity helps ensure that telephones will work during routine or crisis outages. Leveraging the reach of the PSTN with the survivability of Internet, the service is designed to restore voice communications within minutes of an outage.
