Major reference resources including educational encyclopedias and research handbooks are located in the Reference Room. The Library also provides a collection of tests and other assessment instruments in the set, Tests in Microfiche. For help using Tests in Microfiche, see the Locating Assessment Resources & Tests page. The Library subscribes to ERIC which is a database from the Educational Resources Information Center. It consists of the Resources in Education (RIE) file of document citations and the Current Index to Journals in Education (CIJE) file of journal article citations from over 980 professional journals. ERIC includes abstracts for all citations and links to full-text when available. Jennings Library also owns ERIC microfiche from 1989 to 1998 (Eric document numbers ED338115 to ED448262).
