The IdeaScale tool is very easy to use. You can experiment with it at http://www.ideascale.com and see the tool in action at http://datagov.ideascale.com, http://broadband.ideascale.com, and http://openinternet.ideascale.com. GSA will provide training to those designated as lead moderators for agencies who choose to use the GSA provided online engagement tool. This will include in-person training on January 22 (choice of morning or afternoon session) that will cover best practices in moderation and specific instructions on use of the IdeaScale tool as configured by GSA.
