What other methods will be used to develop job leads?
This web site contains a “Resume” section where the resumes of all current candidates in our career transition programs are posted (we obtain candidates permission to do this). These are accessible by human resource professionals and recruiters everywhere. Once a candidate’s resume is finalized, we add the resume to our website for the duration of a candidate’s job search. In addition to the website, we also publish a Quarterly Newsletter reminding the “hiring community” that this website, with resumes of available people, exists. Our distribution list for this Newsletter includes fifteen hundred human resource professionals, recruiters, and companies in our local market area. They have been receiving these Newsletters four times each year since 1987. They expect them and look forward to them.
