There are a number of ebook devices on the market other than the Kindle. You can try the Nook, Pandigital Novel, Kobo eReader, orthe Sony eReader. Most of these devices can be purchased in black and white or color and come in different sizes. The iPhone and iPad have a free app for the Nook so you don’t have to actually purchase a Nook if you have either Apple product. Just download your books to your iPhone/iPad and you will be set. Free eReader programs such as Overdrive Media Console and Adobe Digital Editions can be downloaded to your computer to read ebooks.
