What other drugs affect Ed Cyte F (Ferrous Fumarate Folic Acid)?
Before using ferrous fumarate and folic acid, tell your doctor if you use any of the following drugs: acetohydroxamic acid (Lithostat) etidronate (Didronel); or levodopa (Larodopa, Lodosyn) methyldopa (Aldomet) penicillamine (Cuprimine, Depen) phenytoin (Dilantin); or dimercaprol (an injection used to treat poisoning by arsenic, lead, or mercury) This list is not complete and there may be other drugs that can interact with ferrous fumarate and folic acid. Tell your doctor about all the prescription and over-the-counter medications you use. This includes vitamins, minerals, herbal products, and drugs prescribed by other doctors. Do not start using a new medication without telling your doctor.
