Several improvements are still underway for Tierra Maria Estates. The tennis court and additional portions of the Meditation Park will be completed soon. A secondary gate has been constructed. The expansion project at the South Luzon Expressway and its link towards the Star Tollway will further shorten travel time from Metro Manila.
