Additional HIV prevention, education, and research programs are conducted in other CDC centers, institutes, and offices. The National Center for Infectious Diseases (NCID) • NCIDs Division of AIDS, STD, and TB Laboratory Research provides laboratory research on HIV and laboratory support for the surveillance, epidemiologic, and clinical activities of NCHSTP.
