What other banks have been involved in the MegaClaims litigation?
There were eleven banks and brokerages named in the MegaClaims litigation, of which ten have settled to date: • Royal Bank of Scotland • Royal Bank of Canada • Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce • The Toronto-Dominion Bank • JPMorgan Chase • Credit Suisse • Merrill Lynch • Fleet Bank • Barclays • Deutsche Bank AG* ECRC has received nearly $1.76 billion in cash from these settlements to distribute to creditors and other innocent parties who suffered financial consequences as a result of the banks’ actions and ultimate collapse of Enron.
