For Casio SF/CSF/NX digital diaries XLink/Win supports all models with the built-in 2.5mm or 3.5mm size serial port using any compatible Casio serial cable (see Casio cables). For Sharp YO/ZQ/EL electronic organizers XLink/Win supports those models with the 4-pin slot serial port or the newer 2.5mm round connector on the side (see Compatibility for more information). For the 4-pin slot serial port you will need the new smart serial cable for Windows – older Sharp serial cables designed for DOS will not work because of timing problems with Windows. This is the cable sold by Sharp as the CE-139T in the CE-490W/491W package, or you can order a less expensive compatible kit with cable and software from IMSL Software.
