WireDia will email you a copy of purchase order and cashsale with 0tracking number on the day of shipment. Packages are traceable on www.ups.com • Is there any customs fee for international orders? Shipping cost for international delivery does not include customs fee/import duties. To know the additional customs fee, buyer needs to contact his/her local customs office. • Does my shipping option (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, etc.) ensure my order will be shipped out the same day it is placed? Unfortunately, it does not. All orders are processed within our 1-3 business days processing timeframe. WireDia.com does not guarantee same day shipping on any order.
