What options do I have if I enter the wrong date on my railpass?
A Care must be taken to enter the correct date. If it is entered incorrectly, you will lose that day of your pass and have to enter the correct date in the next available space. If you choose to exchange your pass for one of greater or equal value, a full refund will be credited to your charge account. If you choose to downgrade or return your pass unused (it must be unvalidated) an 85% refund will be credited to your account. A validated and/ or used pass is neither refundable nor exchangeable.
